In recent years, much has been said about the importance of small businesses in the national economy. It is emphasized that the development of these companies creates conditions for employment growth and improving the economic situation of the country.
As a result of penetration of foreign capital, small businesses are forced to face many challenges in the situation of global competition. One of the barriers to the development of this group of companies, are the difficulties of directing people.
